Our story
We chose the harder roof
Most roofing companies are built for pitched residential work and take commercial jobs when they come. We went the other way. Flat and low-slope roofs behave differently – water sits instead of running off, seams and flashings do the work that gravity does on a pitched roof, and a detail that is merely adequate becomes a leak within two winters.
Over more than 28 years working across East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, and the surrounding communities, that focus has become the whole business. We install TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems; restore sound roofs with silicone, elastomeric, and asphalt-based coatings; and maintain them on a schedule.
We are based at 154 Maverick St in East Boston, which means we are usually on site the same day for the buildings we look after.
